Unifi u6 pro vs lr.

I'm considering deploying UniFi 6 Pro for 5.0GHz and UniFi 6 LR for 2.4GHz. And this seems to make sense as UniFi 6 LR is 4x4 for 2.4GHz with better range, compared to 2x2 on the UniFi 6 Pro. The thing that makes me confused is the rated speeds from the datasheet. Both the LR and Pro claims 6.5 Mbps to 600 Mbps (MCS0 - MCS31, HT 20/40).
