Am by no means a "business" or shop owner but from having switched through multiple carriers and such, have sold several phones there as well as bought a few for myself and family members. Have had zero issues there.

I have had a few phones where the owners did not seem to understand what locked and unlocked was. I had one claim that the (locked) phone I was holding in my hand was not the one they shipped.No. You tell the seller no to closing the dispute and give them time to send the return info. If they don't you say you will esclate your dispute to a claim if they don't. You give them time again to send it. If they still refuse they are idiots. You escalate the claim. Paypal sides with you and you get your refund.
