So I have been through about 6 superior-eligible tasks and killed over 1000 monsters and still haven't seen a superior spawn. I double checked to make sure that I have Bigger and Badder enabled a few times, which I do. This is getting out of hand since it has a spawn rate of 1/200 for every regular monster death.
