I have slot files 0 - 12 located in F:\Skyrim Mods\Mod Organizer\mods\RaceMenu\SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Presets I can press F9 to load them, but they don't look anything like what they're supposed to. Yes, I set the race and sex accordingly. I start with double eyelids because they will most definitely not be in a straight line. I use the Move brush; turn off Mirror, lower the power to 0.4, reduce the brush size, face the mesh straight-on, and then pull gently up or down at the crooked points. Eyelids done.
